Alejandro has a solid track record since 2010 advising and representing national and international clients in complex litigation and dispute resolution. His practice focuses on judicial, arbitration, and administrative proceedings related to contractual liability, unfair competition, antitrust law, and consumer protection. He has led legal strategies for companies across various sectors, including automotive, infrastructure, telecommunications, aviation, and consumer goods, among others.
Before joining La Firma, Alejandro worked for over 10 years at national firms such as Posse Herrera Ruiz, Ibarra Abogados (Ibarra Rimon Law), and Brigard & Urrutia. He also possesses a valuable international, administrative, and corporate perspective, having worked at the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Institute of Urban Development (IDU), and within the private sector.
In the academic field, Alejandro is a professor of Contracts at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he was previously in charge of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Law course and coached several teams for the Elsa Moot Court Competition, including the winner of the 14th edition World Round.
